We started HR+ because great companies keep losing to people problems.

Not strategy. Not product. People.

Origin Story

Every founder we've talked to describes the same moment. It's not a resignation or a blowup. It's more of a silent shift - a sense that the informal ways of working that got you here have stopped working, and that every people problem somehow finds its way back to your desk.

After 15+ years of working with leaders, I started HR+ because that moment keeps happening to companies that deserve better. Not because the founders aren't good leaders but because nobody built people infrastructure for this stage.

The big consulting firms have templates for 10,000-person enterprises. The generalist consultants hand you a policy document. Neither solves the actual problem.

We work exclusively with founders and CEOs at 50 to 500 employees. Our job isn't to build you an HR department. It's to build people systems that run without you.

What We Believe

BELIEF 1: HR is a growth lever, not a cost centre.

When people systems work, companies scale. When they don't, even great products stall. Founders who understand this win.

BELIEF 2: The 50–500 stage is the most dangerous for people problems.

You've outgrown startup hustle. You're not yet enterprise. This in-between stage is where most companies lose their best people and most founders don't see it coming.

BELIEF 3: Generic HR advice is useless.

Today's talent market is different. Your industry is different. Your stage is different. We don't give you a playbook. We build one with you.

BELIEF 4: Founders shouldn't be in every people decision.

If you're the tiebreaker on every offer letter, performance issue, or team conflict — that's a structural problem, not a people problem. We fix the structure.

Who We Work With

We work best with:

  • Founders and CEOs with 50–500 employees across India
  • Series A, B, or C companies growing through a critical inflection point
  • Family-led businesses professionalising operations without making their culture break
  • Leaders who are tired of being roped in for every HR question

We work across sectors — tech, manufacturing, fintech, consumer, healthcare, and beyond.

The industry doesn't matter. The founder mindset does.

Our Values

Innovation Concept

We're direct, not diplomatic.

We tell you what we see, not what you want to hear. If your attrition is a management problem, we'll say so. Founders deserve advisors who speak plainly.

Core Competence Value Mission Company Skillset Unique Recruiting Human Resources Hiring

We think in outcomes, not activities.

Every recommendation we make is tied to something that moves your business — faster hiring, better retention, lower cost. We don't produce reports for the sake of reports.

We build for your context, not a template.

We spend time understanding your talent market, your stage, your culture, and your compliance environment before we recommend anything. We're not adapting standardised frameworks — we're building for here, for you, right now.

Human Resources Concept

We stay until it works.

We don't hand you a report and disappear. We stay in the room until the system works and your team owns it. The measure of success isn't the quality of the recommendation — it's what's still running six months later.

If you're the kind of founder who fixes things before they break — let's talk.
